Hi, I'm Ellen... I am Wild Hair Organics. I, with the help of our 5 year old son, make all products by hand... Our son likes to choose colors, otherwise; everything would be neutral. I am originally from Louisiana. My husband and I moved to Chattanooga, TN almost 9 years ago, then 3 years ago purchased acreage on the Cumberland Plateau that had a small cabin on it to live a simple kind of living. I am a bookkeeper by trade, but organic living is a passion. I have always used all natural soaps, but they were milk based. In 2023, I found out I am highly allergic to dairy, so I could no longer use any of my bath products... soaps, lotions, etc... My mother's cousin has a goat farm and makes goat soaps, so I started purchasing. After a few weeks I noticed the difference in my skin, so I started researching the benefits of goat milk. After that research, I started researching how to make goat milk products and did more research... then a bit more. Now, here we are. This business is the first step in our goal of creating a homestead and what will be known as Wild Hair Ranch.
